Hi! I’m Doug.

I am a Lieutenant here at RCEMS, where I’ve had the privilege of serving since 2020.

My journey in EMS began in 2006 when I earned my EMT-B certification, and I advanced to EMT-P in 2008. Over the years, I’ve gained experience working with several agencies, including St. Joseph EMS, Cy-Fair EMS, and MCHD, where I spent a decade. These experiences have shaped me into the provider and leader I am today.

When I’m not on duty, you’ll most likely find me outdoors—whether it’s cruising on my motorcycle, camping under the stars, hiking scenic trails, fishing, or just enjoying the fresh air. I’ve always been drawn to adventure, both in my career and in my free time.

I’m passionate about EMS, committed to my team, and always looking for ways to grow and serve my community better.
